After redefining our brand we needed a partner to help us engage and educate our 300+ employees on brand strategy. Working with Global Brand Works to create the internal education content allowed my team to remain focused on doing all the brand updates. Global Brand Works has deep experience in employee brand activation and we could leverage their expertise and customize content for our brand. After our first 30 minute training session (we did one 30 minute and three 15 minute sessions at All Staff Meetings) we received lots of kudos from all levels of staff saying they learned a lot about brand strategy AND understood why we were redefining our brand.
