Since our founding in 1994 by members of the LGBTQ community, Upshot has set out to create a creative agency fueled by cultural curiosity and a progressive mindset. In fact, 6 of the 8 members of our executive leadership team identify as female or a member of the minority community.
Upshot is proud to be one of a select group of agencies to participate in BLAC: Building Leaders and Creators, an internship program focused on bringing more Black talent to the advertising industry.
