It was a matter of luck that we have chosen this agency. We have shortlisted and interviewed more than a dozen agencies and by the time we started communicating with Webcapitan, we were simply exhausted. I liked a calm and professional approach. It was the right choice, we received clear and not overwhelming project documentation and the work started. The first stage was the creation of the design concept. We had to take into account both our brand identity and the UI/UX requirements. There were a lot of discussions, but the design created was awesome. This is when we all understood that we really made the right choice. The team was very professional, very attentive to our needs and flexible.
We have received a fully working online shop with a custom made design. All the requirements we had were fulfilled.
