GCMG is a fabulous social media agency. They create wonderful value add and are extremely responsive and great to work with. We upgraded to them when looking for a more full-service agency that could provide us deep insights into our social media strategy. We have been working with them now for a number of months, and they have an extension of our internal team. They have taken over the social media monitoring, creation and push so we can focus our attentions in other areas of our business. We are in constant contact with the team, meet bimonthly and get monthly reports on the results of our efforts. They are nimble and and to respond quickly when items arise and work closely with us on branding and the like. It has been a great experience working with them!
