We've covered all of our core domains and API endpoints with baseline tests. Both these test cases and the technique of QA Automation are thoroughly documented. After the engagement is over, our current QA resources may continue to write automated tests as they have received training in automation testing.
Their QA Automation Tester was placed on an already-existing team, and their work deliverables were handled in a manner akin to our current Dev/QA resource work deliverables. Our current Scrum approach kept us informed in the event that things veered off course, and we promptly rectified any deficiencies with resources. Although it was not necessary, BetterQA also provided a specialized Customer Success resource that we could utilize in the event that our designated resource was not able to resolve these gaps directly.
