I worked with the ArtVersion team at my previous job, and I am engaging them in the new company now. We started with a UX strategy. Our new website redesign involves specific persona analyses, user journeys and pathways development to meet the requirements we received from a few departments. I have worked with many agencies in my career; some large, some small and usually larger agencies have slow processes, and small agencies may not have a bandwidth. ArtVersion team is just the right size, not too big and not too small to keep things moving at a great pace and up to our expectations. We have created fantastic progress thus far and put solid UX strategies in place. While a more extensive project is in the pipeline with them, we needed an immediate design refresh on the current website to accommodate changing markets. ArtVersion team expanded and refreshed our outdated design language quickly and added more playful elements to the system that are interactive and engaging.
