Me Communications

Bill Bradley and Janet Soule, owners of Me Communications, began working together in 2006 at a small public relations firm in Sacramento and during that time implemented award winning media and marketing strategies that garnered regional, statewide and national attention for a wide variety of clients on a wide range of topics. Clients included the California Pharmacists Association, the California School Nurses Organization, REACH Air Medical Services, the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, Colon Cancer Alliance, Capitol Physical Therapy and the California Partnership for Access to Treatment.

Over the years, they worked together to build solid relationships with health care and business reporters among others and develop a strong network of communication with health care advocacy groups and organizations in all background settings.

In 2009, Bill and Janet decided to merge their nearly 35 years of experience in media relations, marketing and event planning by creating their own firm, Me Communications.

Me Communications combines the proven experience of larger public relations and marketing firms with the flexibility and creativity of a boutique agency. We enjoy what we do and have fun showcasing our clients and their work in new, innovative and effective ways.
