I hired Auden Digital for a complete overhaul of my website. My website was old, clunky, and needed work. I wasn't sure what to expect at the time but now a great deal of my website and client interactions are automated. This is so important to me because it saves me HOURS a week. Not only that but the communications tie into my marketing plan as well as my case management software. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome and results.

Alex responded to our need for help with our logo redesign. This is for a government entity, volunteer service with no budget. As a veteran and having ties to law enforcement and civil service, Alex volunteered his talents to redesign our logo which will be used for a variety of projects moving forward. Alex put all of this together for us very quickly, communicated throughout the process, took our input and made modifications and was a pleasure to work with. We are so thankful for his work and we will be proud to show off our new uniforms with the beautiful logo.

Super positive talk/positivity up front. I have now counted 19 failed contractual deliverables:
- 3 months late
- no strategy
- no SEO report (despite saying it was available and would be sent, and me asking for it for months afterwards)
- executed "design phase" without a strategy
- Alex (contract lead) failed to make his own meetings to review strategy
- Erica (the PM) made commitment after commitment to reply by a certain date, give feedback, or submit a deliverable, which were failed again and again
- None of the promised weekly reports, bi-monthly reviews, resource reports, etc were ever provided, despite repeated attempts to understand how my resources were being used
- Multiple strategists and team members from Auden who contacted me when Alex (CEO) wasn't there apologized for failing to deliver strategy, communicate, and so on, and agreed that executing designs without a "why" made no sense
- 6 months later: no social channels, no themes that would be used, no marketing funnels, no bookings system, no LinkedIn profile review, no offers that match my products/services

AND I found out that Alex hasn't been paying his employees, disappeared for days or weeks at a time, and he stopped communicating without ever saying why, answering expectations questions, and so on.

This was a full-scale disaster. Do not trust Auden Digital.

I ordered a set of business cards and leave it to me to want something different. I went with a square card and they got them to me with a nice gloss finish in on a card stock that has a good weight to it.

He was able to take my predesigned card and deliver in a decent timeline of which I suspect will get faster as they do more square style cards!

I've been intrigued by Auden Digital for some time, but I wasn't able to move the needle enough financially to engage with them. I finally pulled the trigger recently, and here has been my experience so far:

BEFORE our first strategy session, Auden Digital increased my website's load speeds by almost two seconds. They compressed my images, optimized my plug-ins, and began collecting data right off the bat.

Their management team is responsive within minutes of every question I ask, despite the fact that I am an extremely small client for this agency.

They seem as excited about this project as I am about my business, and they're already looking for ways to scale me up to the next level.

I don't normally write a review before I've worked with a firm for a long period of time, but I am DEEPLY impressed with Auden.

Summary: avoid.

We worked with Auden Digital on a fairly simple project: we had a non-wordpress site, and we wanted it converted to wordpress. No design work, no changes - just copy it, but controlled through a CMS. A signed contract explains that the project will take "(2) weeks for development and (1) additional week for all SEO and 301 functionality." The contract was signed on August 14, and we held a kickoff on August 17th.

We abandoned the company entirely on October 9th (8 weeks) with the work approximately 85% completed. We were only able to get our incomplete code from the company by tracking down the personal cellphone number of his assistant, and having her export the files for us, because in a word, Alex is unresponsive. At at least three times in the project, he simply disappeared, with no explanation. No response, missing scheduled meetings, completely absent, for days at a time. In the end, he stopped responding for over a week (still haven't heard from him, 2 weeks later.)

We charged the work to our credit card, so I could dispute the charge, but our lawyer advised us that we would need to prove the amount of work that was not done, and that's pretty hard, so we're stuck eating a portion of the cost.

Alex has no business running a company. Avoid.

For what it's worth, they outsource the work entirely to The White Label Agency (https://thewhitelabelagency.com/) - skip the crappy middleman and go to the source, if you need.

Need help growing your brand? Auden digital does that very well. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The company is transparent, open and honest in all aspects of their customer centric service and it shows. My own brand has grown as a direct result of their services.
